In view of the structure and process flow of disposable slippers, our company carried out innovative design and layout of slipper machine equipment. The whole line is automatically completed from the coil to the ultrasonic welding, traction, rolling and cutting to the finished product output. Compared with other slipper equipment, this machine greatly saves the floor area, improves the operation speed and stability, and the feeding system of the silo sheet reduces the downtime without changing the coil, and increases the product capacity.

1.The frame of the whole machine is welded and formed with thick steel plate, and the surface of the frame is finished to ensure the accurate installation shape and position. The rack is stable and heavy, eliminating the impact of mechanical and ultrasonic vibration on the stability of equipment operation.

2.The servo system is used to control the drive so that each station is always in synchronous operation. The position adjustment of each station is parameterized by the man-machine interface, which is convenient, fast and intuitive to operate, avoiding the inconvenience or damage caused by mechanical adjustment.

3.The automatic glue spraying system is a host with two spray heads, which has the functions of aligning glue spraying, controllable glue amount, convenient cleaning, and adjustable glue spraying position.

4.The flake pearl foam automatic blanking system is adopted. The flake pearl foam is placed in the silo for automatic slicing feeding. The shape and position of the pearl foam can be adjusted during the feeding process. The feeding position is accurate and the package is full. It can greatly reduce the shutdown rate and improve the output.

5.The flywheel folding mechanism is independently controlled by servo. After the coiled material is segmented, enter the folding mechanism for positioning and folding in half. It has the functions of adjustable folding angle, accurate synchronization and controllable folding position.
